Billing and Payment

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and check payments.
  • For your convenience, we will automatically charge your credit card for posted fees unless you request otherwise.
  • We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on most services.  Exceptions are below:
    • Fees for web site address (domain name) registration are not refundable, but you retain ownership of the address.
    • Fees for photography are not refundable if photos have been released.
    • Fees for setup of search listings and advertising are not refundable, but your business will remain listed.
  • Payments are due on the anniversary of your signup (whether each month, or each year.)
    • If payment is not received within the ten-day grace period after the due date, a $20 late fee will be charged, and access to your site may be interrupted.
    • If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, and you have not contacted us to make other arrangements, your site will be deleted.
  • Accounts paid annually may be cancelled at any time with a prorated refund.  The refund will be calculated according to the monthly, non-discounted rates.
  • We do not provide refunds for partial monthly fees.

Packages and Services

  • Packages may be upgraded at any time.
  • Packages may be downgraded after the first year of service.
  • After you have paid for at least one year of service, at your request, we will provide you with a file containing your web site’s contents.  This file can be used by a skilled technician to transfer your site to another web provider, should you wish to.

Site Updates

  • When you request updates to your site, we will typically have them done within three business days, provided we have all necessary information.
  • Updates consist of changes like listing new employees, updating phone numbers, listing new products or services, etc.  If you need an entirely different page of content, we reserve the right to charge a fee, with your approval.
