We offer several packages that suit the needs of most small businesses. These prices include design of your site, hosting it on our servers, and ongoing maintenance and support. If you need something different than what you see here, please contact us – odds are, we can work something out for you.

You can choose to pay either monthly, or in advance for a year’s service. We offer a discount equal to two free months per year if you pay annually. There is a money-back guarantee during the first 30 days of service.  (See our policies for details.)

More information about plan features:

  • Pages Included: We will create up to this many pages for your site.  Unless otherwise noted, it’s up to you to supply the text and pictures that will appear on your site.  (For example – hours, employee bios, etc.)  We’ll format them to look good, including complimentary professional proofreading.
  • Updates Per Year: We offer this many free updates to your site per year.  Call or e-mail us, and we’ll take care of it.  Additional updates beyond those included are $25 each.  If you wish to perform your own updates, there is no limit.
  • Social Media: if you use Facebook or Twitter, we can integrate content from these services into your web site.
  • Search Engine Registration: We’ll do a basic registration of your site with search engines like Google. We’ll also create a Google Places listing, which specifically helps people find local businesses.
  • Copywriting: We’ll help you plan out the content of your site, making suggestions appropriate to your business.  We’ll write content for your web site, up to a limit of two hundred words per page.

Extras

  • Professional Photos: In markets where we have photographer partnerships, we can take quality photos of your staff and/or business location.  We use professional cameras and studio lighting equipment for the best possible results. $25 per finished photo, with a minimum of $100. We’ll deliver photos ready for use on your website; there are no additional fees for retouching.
  • Advertising: We can also set up the online equivalent of a Yellow Pages ad with Google.  These ads will show up prominently when people search for businesses like yours.  You only pay a small fee when people are referred to your web site, and you choose the amount of money to spend per month, so there are no surprises. For a one-time $50 setup fee, we’ll help you set up an appropriate ad campaign that will use your money most effectively.
  • Web site address (domain name): $15 initial registration fee, if needed.  We pay the fee for you in subsequent years.
  • E-Mail Setup: If desired, we can set up e-mail at your domain name (for example, joe@joesplumbing.com) for a one-time fee of $50.  We use Google e-mail services.
